At UrbanParty, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy:

Returns:

• You can return products within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Certain items like customized decorations (e.g., banners with names) are non-returnable.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned items, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@urbanparty.in with a photo of the product. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
